As the company grows bigger, Primary Guard introduces the new joiner starter kit, a creative way to make new talents feel at home and is equipped with essential items. This is one of the company’s initiatives to make sure that talents feel welcome as they embark on a new journey. It’s important to make them feel comfortable, to ensure they’re well-equipped to take on the new role.
The starter kit is made out of eco-friendly material that uniquely turns into a phone and stationery holder. Packaged neatly inside the box, talents can find an assortment of merchandise that includes a collapsible cup, a reusable canvas bag, a collection of Primary Guard stickers and a universal charging cable.
During this time, we are mostly working remotely, and it can be challenging for new joiners to feel connected to the company they are working for.
With that in mind, we want to make the onboarding process more seamless while ensuring that despite the distance, reach our talents and let them know our appreciation and that they are part of the team. The contents of this starter kit were curated based on the feedback we have gotten from different departments and new joiners to ensure that we include items that are relevant and can be utilized well.
